As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow and reputed company your skills. We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. reputed company sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level reputed company necessary

• Convey information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Property/Casualty Insurance License
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
• Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
• Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
• Accountable and reliable
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
