The Role
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll serve as the primary reputed company for our customers, navigating our ERP system (reputed company), Sales Order Automation tool, and B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Your primary objective will be to consistently deliver high-quality service that instills customer confidence and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and process customer requests and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to satisfy customer requirements and resolve reputed company issues
- Create and maintain accurate ERP system records, ensuring seamless data management and reporting
- Maintain a superior level of product and service knowledge to satisfy customer needs and provide expert advice

Job Requirements

Work Environment and Career Growth Opportunities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll enjoy a hybrid/remote working arrangement with flexible hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Onsite training in Keene, NH will be provided for approximately 4-6 weeks during normal daytime reputed company. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including:
