Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote opportunity, with in-person training at our Warwick, RI location, and the chance to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through exceptional customer service

  • Respond to customer requests reputed company telephone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries, discussing options and procedures reputed company to client policies
  • Assist with site access and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve service to internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate a true desire to help people, with a professional and engaging phone voice

Essential Skills and Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (considering those with customer service experience)

  • Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, and screenshots
  • Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, including evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience

  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
  • Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and reputed company clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment to improve service to internal and external customers, while also demonstrating an ability to work independently from home
  • Flexibility to work various shifts reputed company hours of operation, with the ability to generate innovative reputed company for process improvements and problem-solving
