Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the client experience by delivering timely and effective solutions to reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities

- 1+ year of experience in client interaction and communication, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 2+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, reputed company experience, and/or military experience.
Experience That Would Be Great to Have
* Knowledge of financial technology products, with a strong understanding of the Fintech and payments industry.
- Understanding of network troubleshooting, with a focus on resolving reputed company technical issues.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
