Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth in our retail stores. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that they have an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Follow and reputed company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse

Essential Qualifications
