The Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth for arenaflex. You will be responsible for:
- Providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
Responsibilities
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
- Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
- Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
- Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Qualifications
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

- Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
