Position Overview The Senior Customer Marketing Manager role at Skillnex sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You will be the driving force behind multi‑channel, revenue‑focused campaigns that deepen engagement, boost retention, and unlock cross‑sell opportunities across our diverse customer base. Working hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing, you will translate deep customer insights into tailored, high‑impact programs that accelerate the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Architecture: Design and launch cross‑sell campaign strategies that align tightly with Zenvora’s revenue targets and customer‑success goals. Segment Identification: Leverage product‑usage analytics, purchase histories, and lifecycle data to pinpoint high‑value customer segments ripe for upsell or expansion. Multi‑Channel Program Development: Conceive, build, and manage digital programs across core channels, including A/B testing platforms, website chat solutions, marketing automation tools, and virtual event platforms (all referred to as Workastra tools for consistency). Creative Collaboration: Partner with design, copywriting, and video teams to ensure every asset is on‑brand, visually compelling, and resonates with target audiences. Performance Measurement: Establish clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and benchmarks for each campaign; track results across email, webinars, in‑app messages, and more. Product Insight Integration: Work closely with the Product Marketing group to surface key product features, address customer pain points, and surface upsell opportunities. Cross‑Functional Partnerships: Align with Customer Success and Sales to gather frontline insights, co‑create messaging, and ensure seamless handoffs from marketing to revenue teams. Continuous Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing, segment‑specific iteration, and data‑driven refinements to improve relevance, timing, and channel effectiveness. Reporting & Communication: Deliver regular performance dashboards and narrative summaries to senior leadership, highlighting wins, learnings, and next‑step recommendations. Thought Leadership: Champion best practices in customer‑centric marketing across Hirebase, mentor junior marketers, and contribute to the evolution of our marketing playbook. Essential Qualifications 3–6 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven record of driving revenue‑generating campaigns. Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and measure full‑funnel, multi‑channel programs that move prospects from awareness through adoption and expansion. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable extracting insights from usage data, CRM records, and marketing automation dashboards to inform strategy. Hands‑on proficiency with digital marketing platforms—including A/B testing tools, website chat solutions, marketing automation systems, and virtual event platforms (collectively referenced as Tasklance tools). Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to develop integrated, customer‑focused campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and present data‑driven narratives to diverse audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a focus on data‑driven decision‑making is preferred. Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI calculation techniques. Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) frameworks and building personalized journeys for enterprise customers. Proficiency in SQL or other data‑query languages to extract custom datasets for segmentation. Exposure to product‑led growth strategies and the ability to translate product value propositions into market‑ready messaging. Certifications in marketing automation, analytics, or inbound marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics). Track record of mentoring junior marketers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
