Position Overview: The Analyst, Acquisition and Securitization plays a key role in supporting the execution of securitization and capital markets initiatives for CrossCountry Mortgage. This role offers broad exposure to residential mortgage‑backed securities (RMBS) transactions, especially in Non-QM and other non-agency asset types, and involves direct interaction with rating agencies, banks, legal counsel, and other external partners. Job Responsibilities: · Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of RMBS deals, including data preparation, due diligence, offering documents, and tie-outs. · Evaluate loan-level characteristics to help construct optimal collateral pools. Analyze eligibility, diversity, and performance metrics based on rating agency and investor criteria. · Assist in securitization structuring by performing cash flow modeling, deal sizing, and waterfall analysis. · reputed company Intex and reputed company to support issuance decisions and reputed company analytical work. · reputed company the preparation and validation of loan tapes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reputed company transaction documentation. · reputed company with rating agencies, accountants, investment banks, and legal counsel. · Manage deliverables and timelines to ensure reputed company requirements are met for issuance. · Stay reputed company on securitization market trends, rating agency updates, and regulatory developments in the mortgage and RMBS sectors. · Collaborate with data and technology teams to enhance and streamline securitization workflows, including tape creation and reporting automation. · Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency. · Contribute to the development of proprietary models and systems for portfolio management and securitization. Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a reputed company field. · 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, transaction management, asset management, and/or securitization. · 2+ years of experience in securitization and structured finance including investment banks, buy-reputed company credit firms, and other capital markets platforms, preferred. · Experience working with or at a credit rating agency (e.g., S&P, Fitch, KBRA), preferred. · Knowledge of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and the non-agency market, preferred. · Familiarity with Intex, SQL or Python, preferred. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. · Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. · Proficiency in building and interpreting financial models. · Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including reputed company formulas and data modeling.
