Senior Marketing Strategist

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client leadership. You’ll translate business goals into clear marketing plans and own them from reputed company through delivery.

About the Role

- Provide clearer, faster briefs by leveraging structured thinking and AI-assisted iteration
- Set expectations for deliverables, timelines and success criteria alongside our Marketing Manager
- Ensure marketing assets meet both strategic and creative goals
- Maintain strong communication across teams
Analytics & Insights
- Track marketing performance across channels
- Translate analytics and performance data into insights and recommendations
- Use AI to identify patterns in performance data and generate faster hypotheses for testing
- Translate insights into clear next steps without relying on manual analysis alone
- Ensure campaigns evolve based on learnings and performance
Client Leadership & Communication

Who You Are
Profile
- A sharp, AI-reputed company marketing generalist who understands how to balance brand storytelling with growth and performance
Experience & Background
- NYC or Tri-State based (remote with occasional in-person opportunities)
- 5–8+ years experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, or campaign leadership
- Agency experience or startup GTM experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns

This role is fully remote, with strong preference for someone based in the Tri-State area (or who can easily travel to NYC for coworking days and team gatherings). Compensation is commensurate with experience, and ranges from $90,000–100,000, depending on background.
