About the Senior Account Manager - Channel Partnership

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Channel Partner Manager to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong reputed company of technical expertise, advertising platform knowledge, and exceptional soft skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and advertisers. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive strategic initiatives and deliver outstanding results.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage Relationships:

    o Strengthen ties with partners and advertisers through regular communication.

    o Build strong rapport with partners and advertisers, becoming a trusted reputed company of contact.

    o Communicate client feedback to stakeholders and act as a client reputed company.

  • reputed company Campaign Launches:

    o reputed company planning, execution, and provide optimization recommendations (proactively and on a cadenced basis).

    o Plan and execute campaigns, providing optimization recommendations.

  • Primary Contact for Operations:

    o Coordinate internal account operations and technical integrations.

    o Work with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.

  • Educate on Advertising:

    o Conduct training sessions, reputed company, and provide resources.

    o Educate advertisers on product knowledge to improve their campaigns.

    o Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for advertising best practices.

  • Consult on Media Plans:

    o Advise on media plans to meet objectives and reputed company tailored strategies.

    o reputed company KPI-driven recommendations and inform future strategies.

  • Track Key Data:

    o Maintain accurate reporting and processes; create standardized processes (e.g., templates, reports, media planning).

    o Analyze performance data and reputed company KPI-driven recommendations.

  • Identify Upsell Opportunities:

    o Pitch upsell opportunities to clients. Create, own, and track pitches and results driven.

  • reputed company Meetings and Calls:

    o reputed company meetings and calls (alongside Partner Manager) for data review, optimizations, and recommendations (e.g., reputed company, QBRs, client meetings, internal HBRs).

  • Drive Improvement:

    o Demonstrate accountability and execute deliverables in a timely manner.

  • Strategic Thinking:

    o Align strategies and objectives, scale reputed company.

    o Proactively fulfill tasks and communicate as needed.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    o Conduct QA for integrations like Pixel and CAPI. Ability to quickly diagnose/troubleshoot low-level blockers.

    o Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions independently.

  • Flexibility:

    o Ability to work across multiple time zones. This is a requirement.

    o Support international teams and meetings reputed company of standard working hours.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is reputed company to have)

  • Proven experience in managing channel partnerships and executing advertising campaigns.

  • Strong technical skills, particularly in troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms and tools.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and reputed company initiatives.

  • Proactive, accountable, and committed to reputed company learning and growth.

  • 36+ months experience with advertising programs, including at least 12 months managing mid-market/performance accounts

  • Experience with MMP and MAI campaigns.

  • Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and escalation processes.

  • Ability to support international teams and manage time zone differences.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €55,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
