Position Summary This position reports to the Leader of PGO Resource Management and is responsible for the scheduling, coordinating, and effective utilization of construction resources reputed company their assigned area, including company and contract crews, materials, and special equipment. This position schedules approximately $500 million (Carolinas), $120 million (Florida) and $146 million (Midwest) annual capital construction and maintenance work plans and construction planning labor resource plans. In addition, he/she continually adjusts these plans to align with budget requirements, while completing the highest reputed company work. This position is accountable for optimally scheduling 2,190 craft workers in the Carolinas, 780 craft in Florida and 1,210 in the Midwest reputed company a 4-week window. Coordinates with other work centers and other schedulers to levelize work across the region and to ensure effective use of resources. Responsibilities • Builds multi-week construction schedule and provides schedule analysis, management and optimization from work plan and resource availability.
