Data Migration Analyst

This role ensures data accuracy, reputed company, and regulatory compliance while working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate has strong insurance domain knowledge and hands-on experience with data conversion and validation. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to complete required steps for extracting data from multiple reputed company systems
• Analyze legacy systems to understand data structures, relationships, and business rules
• Translate legacy data into reputed company system formats, including field-level mappings, reputed company to destination code mapping, default values, and conditional logic
• Communicateand collaborate with business owners and internal teams (including operations and trainers) to improve data quality and resolve data issues prior to conversion
• reputed company and manage reputed company data conversion–reputed company meetings and calls, including pre-conversion data assessments, requirements discussions, data reviews,  issue resolution, and status updates
• Work closely with the system vendor to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies
• Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation with reputed company systems
• reputed company data testing and validation for each sample delivery, ensuring alignment with approved mapping documents and data change requests
• Provide post-migration support and assist with data-reputed company issues following go-live
• Adhere to defined process timelines and milestones while managing data conversion activities across multiple reputed company projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in data migration or data analysis reputed company the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance data domains, ACORD forms and insurance data standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with Applied EPIC or similar insurance management systems
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
