TITLE: Senior Director, Solution Partnerships

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Solution Partnerships, Senior Director is responsible for identifying, structuring, and executing strategic partnerships that accelerate reputed company’ long-term growth and strengthen its position reputed company the global insurance technology ecosystem. Operating as a senior individual contributor reputed company the Corporate Development organization, this role translates enterprise strategy into actionable partnership initiatives by identifying high-impact collaboration opportunities across technology providers, data partners, and emerging insurtech companies. The Senior Director leads the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships—from opportunity sourcing and strategic evaluation through deal structuring, negotiation, and launch—while working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution and long-term value creation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial rigor, and strong relationship leadership. The Senior Director will regularly engage senior executives internally and externally to evaluate opportunities, build joint business strategies, and deliver partnerships that expand Duck Creek’s ecosystem, enhance product capabilities, and drive customer value.

Strategic Partnership Development

• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory considerations throughout partnership lifecycles.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or reputed company discipline.
• Minimum of 9 years of applicable experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, business development, management consulting, or reputed company strategic roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, structuring, and executing reputed company strategic partnerships or commercial alliances.
• Experience working cross-functionally reputed company enterprise SaaS or technology organizations.

PREFERRED:

• Master of Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience reputed company enterprise SaaS, insurance technology, or financial services ecosystems.
