What will you do as a Hospice RN Case Manager? Here are just a few of the responsibilities:
- Use clinical nursing knowledge, physical assessment, and procedural skills to deliver high quality patient care in the patient’s reputed company of residence.

What it takes to be an RN Case Manager with Care Initiatives Hospice
- Active Iowa RN license.
- Active CPR certification.
- Hospice or palliative care experience.
- Two (2) years of reputed company experience working as a nurse (RN/LPN), preferred.
