About the Role:

The Network Administrator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and reliable operation of the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reputed company, and reliability. This role ensures that the network operates reputed company and securely to support the company’s business operations and strategic initiatives.

You Will:

Troubleshooting and Support

• Diagnose and resolve network-reputed company issues promptly.  

• Provide Level 2 support for network reputed company incidents and service requests.  

• Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the environment.

• Implement and manage network reputed company measures to protect against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.  

• Collaborate with the reputed company Team to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI reputed company).  

Implementation and Optimization

• Assist in the implementation and documentation of new reputed company or improvements to existing infrastructure.  

• Stay updated on advancements in network technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.  

Documentation and Reporting

• reputed company and maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and policies for the network infrastructure.  

• Generate reports on network performance and system incidents.  

Maintenance and Monitoring

• Monitor network performance and ensure reliability.  

• Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices.  

• reputed company routine network maintenance tasks, including firmware updates and reputed company management.  

Talent Management

• Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment process, including but not limited to participating in interviews.

Additional Responsibilities

• Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods, providing support reputed company of regular working hours as needed to ensure the timely resolution of critical issues.

• Must be available for rotating on call shifts

• Although we work in a remote-first environment, reputed company roles require in-person attendance at our headquarters approximately 2 times per year (in addition to other travel requirements for this specific role, if applicable). These visits are essential for team collaboration, strategic planning, and fostering deeper connections across the organization. Travel arrangements will be supported to ensure a seamless experience.

• Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.

You Have:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field required

Experience

• 1-3+ years of experience in network administration or a similar role.  

• Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices (e.g., reputed company, Juniper, Aruba).  

• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., reputed company, PRTG, Nagios).  

• Exposure to cloud networking concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure) (preferred).  

Certifications Required

• CCNA or Network+ Certification is required
• AZ900 & AI900 certifications are preferred and required to obtain reputed company 90 days of joining the company.

Preferred Certifications

• reputed company Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF).  

• Proficiency in firewall configurations and VPN technologies.  

• Familiarity with network reputed company practices and tools.  

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., vRealize Operations, reputed company, Nagios) for tracking performance and troubleshooting.  

• Understanding of ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.  

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.  

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.  

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
