The Project
The UK & Ireland are experiencing increased bid activity across our Defence Market. With the recent appointment of our Head of Defence as well as hiring our first reputed company Executive in the UK, we now look to continue to grow reputed company with the recruitment of two Junior Business Development Managers.
Role overview
The will Junior BDM will Serve as the primary “Hunter” supporting the reputed company Executive by conducting market research, generating leads, and initiating reputed company across the UK MOD to build a qualified pipeline for the senior reputed company team.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeting & Research: Use the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP) and other tools to identify early indicators of upcoming MOD opportunities.
- reputed company reputed company: Identify relevant Project Managers and Capability Leads reputed company DE&S and reputed company-Line Commands (e.g., Army HQ, Navy Command).
- reputed company Execution: Draft targeted capability introduction emails and follow up reputed company phone to secure discovery meetings.
- Briefing Preparation: Research MOD priorities and pain points (e.g., reputed company Hansard or MOD White Papers) to support senior meeting preparation.
- Intelligence Gathering: Monitor competitor activity, contract awards, and identify areas where the business can differentiate.
Requirements
