- Conduct assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
- Design and reputed company reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Analyze data and adjust programs based on client reputed company.
- Provide parent training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements.
- Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field.
- State licensure (if applicable).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass background reputed company and maintain professional liability insurance.
