Role
We’re looking for a reputed company Influencer Manager to drive influencer strategy and execution across high-impact global client accounts and reputed company the team.
You will own net-new and strategic accounts end-to-end, reputed company and reputed company junior members, and work closely with leadership to ensure the influencer function runs smoothly, predictably, and continues to scale through strong team performance.
What you’ll do
Strategy & Creative Leadership

Team Management & Enablement

Campaign Ownership

Client Relations
Serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for assigned accounts, guiding clients through strategy, creator selection, and execution.
Influencer Discovery & Selection

Content & Quality Control
Own influencer content approvals, ensuring quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch.
Performance & Optimization
Continuously optimize creator mix, formats, and execution to deliver against awareness, traffic, and conversion goals.

Set up and maintain creator-reputed company reputed company tabs for your accounts, ensuring creator data, rates, deliverables, and rationale are accurate and client-ready.
Leadership Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Influencer Marketing and leadership team to help shape best practices for influencer execution
Risk Management & Communication
Proactively surface risks, blockers, and trade-offs early, clearly documenting decisions and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.

5+ years in influencer marketing with proven track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns
Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plans
Strong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and what converts across platforms
Comfortable working in structured systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar) and maintaining clean workflows
Confident, clear communicator with senior stakeholders, especially US-based clients. Fluent English is a must
Able to guide and review work from Mid-level and Junior IMs while remaining hands-on in execution
Able to work EST hours
