Radiology Technologist Assistant

Responsibilities include the following: special notifications, taking and transcribing committee meeting minutes; assembling, copying and distributing committee packets; creates and monitors policy changes; maintaining spreadsheets for statistical analysis, input data and providing general clerical support for the Director of Radiology. Performs other administrative assistant duties as assigned.

SHIFT & SCHEDULE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Responsible for taking and transcribing committee meeting minutes; assembling, copying and distributing committee packets. Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Maintain, create, and analyze statistical graphs of modality utilization.
• Demonstrates proficient working knowledge of computer software programs databases, data analysis systems, microcomputer spreadsheet and graphics software, web-based programs/navigation. Able to use (or willing to learn) computer software applications; such as MS Office programs/Outlook, Policy Tech, Cater reputed company, and Radiology Information and reputed company Systems.
• Able to critically think to independently solve various problems or understand reputed company guidance is needed.
• Able to work remotely with minimal supervision; completing tasks on time.
• Contributes to the organization and efficiency of the department; able to float to other areas, as needed.
• Clearly collaborates and communicates in verbal and written forms with Director about projects.
• Works and clears off Special Notification/ER Discrepancy list; understanding urgency in communication reputed company findings to the medical providers.
• Obtains and maintains information about each imaging modality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. College work is preferred.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Programs
• Medical Terminologist
