JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the President and Chief Innovation Officer, Executive Vice-President, the Director of Information Technologies and Cybersecurity provides strategic leadership for Microbac’s technology and reputed company. The role holds responsibility to align IT with business goals, manage infrastructure (hardware, software, applications, networks, reputed company), reputed company budgets and vendors, reputed company IT teams (analysts, developers, support), create and maintain a robust cybersecurity program, and drive digital transformation and advancement through planning, implementation, and staff training, while staying reputed company of technological advancements, regulatory requirements and best practices.

You must be located in Virginia reputed company the Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, or Virginia Beach area. The position is remote with travel reputed company necessary.

Essential Functions

IT Leadership & Strategy

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a reputed company field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including cybersecurity reputed company.
