SUMMARY STATEMENT The position will design, reputed company, implement and determine the methodology used to produce and use data analytics to meet or inform organizational objectives and to contribute to the overall profitability and strategic positioning of the company. Analyze/Consult/Coach (40%)

• Work closely with operating companies' informatics/data analysis teams to ensure they are maximizing the use of their data and associated tools and achieving desired levels of performance.

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
• Master's degree or relevant experience/certification equivalent in area(s) of health informatics, public health (MPH), Data Science/Analytics, Biostatistics, Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Analytics/MBA (healthcare focus), Computer Science (healthcare analytics experience required)
• Healthcare domain knowledge in areas such as claims data. Quality measures, value-based care modules, utilization analytics, risk adjustment, population health analytics, clinical workflows and reputed company cycle basics
• Data and analytics knowledge such as SQL (advanced), data warehousing concepts, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, data governance and data quality frameworks, BI tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau/Looker, etc.), Predictive modeling concepts, basis statistics, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and matrix design
• 7years' reputed company work experience including 5 years. direct supervisory/project management reputed company or other leadership experience
• Demonstrated understanding of the latest trends and developments in analytics
• Strong analytical background working in data management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate reputed company models in easy to understand terms
• Proven ability to manage and teach others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or advanced analytical degree
• In-depth understanding of Medicare
• Technical Expertise:

o Advanced knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and optimization techniques. o Expertise with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM). o Hands‑on experience with NLP, deep learning, generative AI, or large language models (LLMs). o Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices (e.g., ETL/ELT, MLOps, feature stores, model monitoring). o Track record of architecting and delivering scalable AI/ML solutions in production.

• Data Ecosystem & Tools
