As a Senior Principal Engineer reputed company the Core Product Services organization, you will reputed company and shape the engineering vision for horizontal platform services and tooling across the organization. The role focuses on full‑stack software architecture, infrastructure, and developer productivity across on‑prem and cloud environments.
You will help drive engineering maturity and operational excellence across platforms and applications, while influencing teams through technical leadership and collaboration. This role requires deep experience with large‑scale systems, DevSecOps, and modern infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Set and model a high bar for technical excellence, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, transparency, and reputed company improvement

Champion developer productivity and experience, including the vision for internal developer platforms

Requirements
Leadership & Experience
Demonstrated ability to reputed company, influence, and reputed company high‑performing engineering teams
Inclusive leadership approach with strong collaboration and communication skills
10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant technical leadership
Proven success designing, building, and operating large‑scale platforms
Technical Expertise
Strong experience in full‑stack software architecture and modern infrastructure
Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, including automation, CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and AI‑enabled workflows
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and problem‑solving principles
Experience designing and operating APIs, with familiarity with Kubernetes and identity technologies
Experience with frontend technologies and an understanding of tradeoffs in an API‑first architecture
Strong experience with Go and/or Java, and the ability and desire to learn new technologies
Experience applying AI agents in software development environments to improve engineering efficiency or quality
Education & Professional Background
Strong foundation in software engineering and computer science principles demonstrated through professional experience, education, training, or equivalent practical expertise
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - CA Bay Area : 240,000 - 360,000 USD / Annual
United States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 220,000 - 330,000 USD / Annual
United States - Other posted locations not specifically listed : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual
Poland (Masovian) : 340,000 - 562,000 PLN / Annual
Poland (reputed company of Masovian) : 308,000 - 510,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in reputed company at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
