About the Role

As part of the enterprise architecture team, you will play a key role in planning, overseeing, and collaborating on an enterprise roadmap that connects business objectives with IT execution.

Your responsibility includes turning the company's strategy into cost-effective, future-ready technology solutions. Your expertise will shape the development of scalable, resilient, and efficient systems that support both our business goals and technological vision.

You will work closely with technology leaders and specialists in Cloud Technology, Data Analytics, AI, and DevOps, helping to set direction for our overall solutions architecture.

Beyond making solid engineering decisions, you will take a broad view of Enterprise Architecture—thinking about how system design affects business structure and vice versa. Your leadership will be essential in advancing our working methods across the organization.

What you will be doing

•    Establish and maintain strong partnerships with enterprise reputed company, risk, legal, privacy, compliance, and other relevant teams to identify, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive organization-wide governance and best practices. •    Collaborate across the organization to assess technology requirements, reputed company architectural frameworks, and implement scalable data platforms that support internal and external consumption, AI capabilities, and cloud adoption for reputed company and cost-efficiency. •    Ensure AI is a foundational enabler for the enterprise, including defining and upholding standards, processes, and responsible practices for the evaluation, adoption, integration, migration, and lifecycle management of Large Language Models and AI Agents. •    Simplify operations and reduce technical debt by eliminating redundant software tools, services, and processes, supporting End-of-Life initiatives and the evaluation of technology maturity to recommend modern cloud-based replacements as needed. •    Define, maintain, and communicate reference architectures, blueprints, frameworks, and interoperability models that guide technical teams and ensure architectural coherence, reputed company, and compliance throughout reputed company platforms and products. •    Partner with business and technology units to define and evolve reputed company, transitional, and reputed company operating models, adjusting architectural strategies as business requirements evolve and promoting emergent design and evolutionary change. •    Provide consulting services, architectural evaluation, and guidance for solutions and third-party services, ensuring alignment with published enterprise standards, governance, and risk management processes. •    Foster a culture of innovation and reputed company improvement by mentoring teams, facilitating training on governance and architecture, and building strong collaborative relationships across the enterprise. •    Communicate architectural vision, reputed company, business value, and lessons learned effectively to stakeholders at reputed company levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences. •    Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating advancements into the company’s architectural landscape and guiding teams in modernizing legacy systems through incremental, low-disruption strategies.
