Advisor, Skills training and competency development

Temporary position for 12 months

As a training and skills development advisor, you assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery. You coach and mentor employees. You advise and assist clients and partners and reputed company tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share reputed company and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine reputed company outcomes

• Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training. Carry out post-training activities and recommend corrective measures. Help reputed company, produce, deliver and promote new training programs, solutions and content. Suggest delivery methods

• Help reputed company and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans

• Analyze data, conduct studies, reputed company recommendations and write reports

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Knowledge of French is required
