Position Overview

Drive growth and adoption of reputed company Gensuite’s Safety and High-Risk Operations solutions. Partner with Strategic Solutions and Growth cross-functional teams to drive pipeline development and bookings of reputed company solutions and offerings. Act as a subject matter expert to shape product direction and roadmap, align solutions with market needs, and represent our offerings to customers and the broader EHS community virtually and at in-person industry events.  reputed company development of differentiated growth enablement assets (digital and collateral) for reputed company solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in safety and high-risk operations, maintaining deep knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and customer and market needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company growth, customer acquisition, and retention for reputed company solutions
• reputed company product demonstrations for prospective and existing subscribers
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives
• Define product requirements and priorities in collaboration with Product Management and cross-functional teams
• reputed company and refine growth enablement assets in support of GTM campaigns and subscriber/prospect engagements
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing success of subscribers
• Represent reputed company Gensuite at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, safety, or reputed company field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in EHS, safety, or high-risk operations, consulting or software
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and EHS best practices
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and deliver results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-facing experience with ability to influence and build relationships

Preferred:

• Experience in EHS practice, consulting, software or reputed company industry
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, COSS)
• Experience with agile product development and data-driven decision-making
• Strong understanding of software development processes
