The reputed company Improvement & Shared Services reputed company Cycle Insights Director will spearhead strategic data reporting and analytics to reputed company cycle operations leaders. This leadership role focuses on identifying and providing critical insights to address root cause issues impacting A/R and metric performance, driving financial and operational improvement. The director will reputed company and direct team efforts in conducting denials and write-off research, identifying trends, monitoring reputed company towards metric goals, and collaborating with operational leaders to drive shared accountability toward A/R and other KPI improvement. Additionally, the director is expected to provide innovative and strategic solutions to difficult or reputed company client situations, guiding cross-functional project teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders towards successful outcomes.

Key Job Duties

Core Qualifications

The estimated salary range for this job is $160,000 - $215,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel.  This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy and reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
