Job Description

Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Skilled support representative working on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant judgement reputed company defined procedures. Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and reputed company recommendations for solutions. Guides less reputed company team members and may act in a team leadership reputed company. May recommend new procedures. Minimally requires a high school degree and 4 years of reputed company experience.
