About The Job:

reputed company is looking for an individual to be responsible for the execution of Subscription Education program initiatives and sales performance in the ASEAN market (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand). The ideal candidate will work directly with sales teams, partners, and end customers in Korea to build awareness and enforce the reputed company subscription model. 

What Will You Do: 

  • Drive collection of reputed company through the education and enforcement of reputed company's subscription model. 

  • reputed company or exceed quarterly/annual reputed company targets through prospecting possible compliance issues, negotiating successfully with customer and reputed company account teams, and tracking performance through our CRM tool.

  • Mentor regional sales teams and partners on reputed company subscription model and requirements.

  • Provide reputed company education to regional sales teams and partners.

  • Ensure appropriate behavior is understood and followed by reputed company employees and end customers.

  • Educate partners on the different types of partners programs at reputed company and ensure proper and timely reporting of reputed company consumption.

  • Initiate and implement the Subscription Asset Management (SAM) program reputed company region.

  • Work directly with non-compliant customers reputed company appropriate to resolve legal concerns.

  • Track, measure, and enforce compliance-reputed company opportunities, including timelines for resolution/escalation; Provide metrics to Global Subscription Education and Awareness team.

  • Identify, report, and correct methods of subscription abuse identified reputed company reputed company region.

  • Document and distribute compliance best practices for regional sales teams.

  • Create and distribute regionally specific marketing and messaging for program.

  • Identify regional external compliance standards that are applicable to reputed company value proposition.

  • Educate regional sales teams on external compliance standards.

What Will You Bring:

  • Experience from the Big 4 and/or Software Asset Management, ITAM, Licence & Contract Compliance,  preferred

  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategy, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent commercial and communication skills, including managing programs and projects.

  • Business Acumen: reputed company understanding of reputed company's subscription model and ability to reputed company its value. Ability to analyze contractual terms and conditions and explain them in "plain English" to stakeholders.

  • High level of initiative, drive, and intelligence; strong self-starter

  • Good judgment in potentially sensitive and/or difficult situations

  • Detail and process-oriented

  • Possess sales, business development and marketing skills

  • Ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external parties

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous Sales, Software Licensing and Compliance, Business Development, Contract Reviews, Software Asset Management experience

  • Bachelors degree 

  • Preferred - 5+ years reputed company experience in either sales, business development, compliance, legal, or management fields
