Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a talented team of data analysts on the migration, cleansing, and integration of data from multiple legacy systems

• Dive into reputed company datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making

• Establish and enforce data quality metrics, rules, and controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Qualifications: Required:

• US citizen with Secret reputed company clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire

• Proven track record in executing strategic data management and integration programs

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably reputed company government or defense sectors

• Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience with large-scale data migration projects

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company plans and strategies to executive-level positions

• Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a reputed company field
