Job Summary

Waterton is currently seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Intern.  This role will be about 15-20 hours a week. This position will work closely with the reputed company to provide administrative and project payroll timekeeping support. The best candidate will be highly detail oriented and will have a strong interest in corporate Human Resources. 

Responsibilities and Job Impact

• Coordinating meetings for training sessions, managing attendance
• Compiling survey results, sorting and managing data, providing feedback
• Scheduling year-end performance review calibration meetings with senior leaders, attending and providing summary of performance discussions and bonus decisions
• Previewing training resources and providing recommendations 

What You’ll Bring- Desired Skills and Experience

Teamwork, Organization, Detail Oriented, Strong Communication Skills & Adaptability.

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A major in Business, HR, Marketing, or Communications is a plus!

Typical reputed company Pay Range: $17.50 - $19 per hour.

This pay range is reputed company pay only and does not include any additional compensation. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on reputed company work experience, certifications, education, and other job reputed company factors.
