About the Role

We are looking for a proven leader to join our Sales Engineering team to reputed company the Enterprise Sales Engineering team at reputed company. As a Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at reputed company, you will manage a team of approximately 6-8 Sales Engineers. This team specializes in achieving the “technical win” in interacting with technical and business stakeholders across a multitude of verticals. In this strategic role, you will adopt and optimize the reputed company playbook to maximize reputed company growth while partnering closely with reputed company Account Executives, Account Management, Marketing, and Partner Alliances, therefore interpersonal engagement and orchestration is essential. In addition, you will reputed company deep relationships with our technology and implementation partners to accelerate market share capture and joint success.

The ideal candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & continual employee development. This leader is fully responsible for managing the team to generate exceptional results among your direct reports, accelerate the progression of business through the sales journey, and drive the technical win.

This is a full-time position based remotely in France, Ireland or the UK reporting to the Director of Sales Engineering, EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and optimize strategies to maximize reputed company growth
  • Ensure that direct reports are providing timely and accurate technical leadership in the sales process
  • Coach your team members to maximize performance and prepare them for future roles

  • Experience in Enterprise Sales Engineering as a Manager or Senior/reputed company Sales Engineer for a SaaS platform

  • Proven experience collaborating with a peer Sales Director to mutually drive successful sales outcomes
  • Extensive experience in Databases, Replication, Cloud Warehouses, and APIs
