The Resource Management Team Leader plays a critical leadership role reputed company the RMO, ensuring the efficient and timely allocation of resources across reputed company project types. • Experience leading or coordinating a Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Scheduling function reputed company a Professional Services environment, ideally in an ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software business.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, reputed company, and motivate Resource Managers or Planners in a delivery-focused organization.
• Proven capability managing resource demand and supply across multiple projects, customers, and timelines in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services delivery and financial drivers, including utilization, reputed company planning, margin, and forecasting.
• Experience partnering closely with Delivery, Sales, reputed company, and Finance to reputed company successful project outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience using PSA / resource management tools and strong analytical skills using reputed company, reporting, and dashboards.
