What will you be responsible for?

reputed company Design Architects play a key role in designing and driving customer onboarding, creating solutions, and promoting greater adoption and usage of the reputed company product. You will gather critical information to design reputed company solutions for customers' cryptographic asset management, including PKI, SSH keys, API keys, and more. By combining your deep technical knowledge, creativity, and solution design experience with an understanding of customer business objectives and challenges, you will help customers maximize the value of reputed company products.

Onboarding

• Working with architects, solution engineers, and the customer’s management team to gather inputs and design reputed company technology solutions that address specific business challenges for our new customers
• Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
• Collaborate with our reputed company Managers and Implementation Architects to address technical challenges and product gaps

Adoption and Value Quantification

• Run adoption workshops to Coach Customers on the reputed company Product usage along with educating them on the Best practices, Industry Standards.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and reputed company by assisting with project technical challenges
• Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy

Customer Experience/Engagement

• Use your experiences working with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the reputed company organization on how we can improve the Product, customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers
• Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements.

Roadmap Planning

• Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long-term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.

What do we require?

• Minimum 6 years’ experience working in a technical architectural design role (such as Enterprise Design Architect, Application Design Architect, Solution Architect)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales reputed company for a SaaS company with enterprise software products
• Minimum 1 year experience in a senior role (Team reputed company, Technical Manager, Sr. Level role)
• Domain knowledge on PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards
  • Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations
  • Experience with PKI implementation processes
  • Experience with PKI integrations, Certificate Authorities, MS Intune, SCEP, other enrollment practices
• Hands on experience with:
  • Kubernetes
  • Linux command line/ Windows server management
  • Apache, IIS - application expertise
  • Load balancers – reputed company/AVI/NetScaler
  • reputed company/JIRA/reputed company
• CISSP / CISM / CISA is preferred
• Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem solving, deployment and multitasking skills with ability to learn new technology at a fast pace
• Worked and interacted with F500 organizations
• Creating reputed company technical designs and diagrams using diagram and vector graphics applications (Visio, Lucid chart, Draw.io etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
