By joining our pipeline, you position yourself for leadership opportunities that arise during our project bidding and proposal stages. We are currently seeking experts for the following typical roles: 

Program Director

Position Summary:

• reputed company overall implementation and management of the anticipated program, from inception to reputed company-out, ensuring that the program achieves established goals, objectives, and targets.
• Provide strategic guidance, leadership, management, and general technical reputed company of the program.
• reputed company and strengthen the design, monitoring and evaluation of the program.

General qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in agricultural economics, international development, business, economics, public policy or other relevant areas, and at least eight years of experience in relevant private sector or development programs.
• Demonstrated prior technical and management expertise leading and supervising donor funded projects.

Deputy Program Director

Position Summary:

• Support the Program Director in overall management of program operations, ensuring overall monitoring of the project against milestones and work-plans and implementing course corrections as needed.
• Monitor and follow up on critical management and planning issues to ensure effective and timely project execution.
• Manage review and finalization of internal and external project documents, including donor deliverables, presentation decks, studies and technical reports.

General qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in international relations, economics, business, or other relevant areas, and at least 8 years of experience in relevant private sector or development programs.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate demand and manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Technical reputed company

Position Summary:

• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to support the Program Director and Deputy Program Director in the technical area of the project.
• Engage and reputed company partnerships with various stakeholders and private sector.

General qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, international development, business, economics, public policy or other relevant areas, and at least eight years of experience in relevant private sector or development programs.
• Significant experience in the technical area of the specified project.
