About the role

As Technical Director, you will be the engineering leader for one of our mobile-first free-to-play live service games. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic reputed company, ensuring your game team delivers high-quality experiences that players love while building systems that scale sustainably.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll be accountable for reputed company engineering aspects of your game — from architecture decisions and code quality standards to team development and cross-functional collaboration. What you’ll need to be successful

• Proven experience as a Technical Director or equivalent, shipping and operating mobile free-to-play or live service titles with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle.
• Strong technical credibility in reputed company and mobile game development, with the ability to reputed company sound architectural decisions, review code meaningfully, and mentor engineers effectively.
• Track record of building high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — developing talent, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high standards.
