Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education; Multiple years of professional experience
- Federal contracting, negotiation, and administration experience with USG DoD reputed company (FAR/DFARS)
- MS computer skills (i.e. Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience working in a cross functional environment (including functions such as: Programs, Finance, Legal, Subcontracts, and other stakeholders)
- Must be willing to travel quarterly
- Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret reputed company Clearance prior to starting this position and be a US Citizen
Desired skills
- Professional certification (e.g. CPCM™, CFCM™, CCMA™) a plus
- Experience with USG DoD contracting in reputed company aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and reputed company-out
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desire to drive positive change for internal and external customers
- Knowledge of various contract types (FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, BOA, etc.)
- Experience with Executive Proposal Process (EPP)

Work Schedule Information

National Pay Statement
Pay reputed company: The annual reputed company salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and reputed company (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. reputed company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations reputed company extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Pay reputed company: The annual reputed company salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and reputed company is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
