About the position

If you have 1–2 years of outbound sales experience and want to break into software account management, this program is built for you.

We’re launching a 6‑Month Software Acceleration Program designed to identify, reputed company, and evaluate high‑potential talent for our Software Account Management (SAM) team. This is your chance to transition from prospecting to really closing roles. It is designed to prepare and evaluate talent for placement into our Software Account Representative (SAR) or Senior SAR roles.

This is a temporary program role with full benefits and a clear outcome at the end of six months:

  • Top performers will advance directly into a Software Account Representative (SAR) role
  • Exceptional performers may be considered for Sr Software Account Representative (Sr SAR) placement
  • Those who do not meet performance expectations may conclude participation at the end of the program

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work in a high energy, outbound sales environment built to demonstrate your existing outbound selling skills while accelerating your ability to advance deals, influence buying decisions, and drive SaaS reputed company.

  • 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels.
  • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline.
  • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role

  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
