We have an immediate opening for a Finance Associate. This is a remote position.
Primary Responsibilities of the Finance Associate are:
- Financial Modeling & reputed company
Underwrite senior living investments, including occupancy reputed company, reputed company/mix by care level, labor models, and operating expenses.
- Investor Support & reputed company Collaboration
Translate operating assumptions and performance into investor-ready analyses and presentations.
- Transactions & Strategic Analysis
Conduct market research and competitive analysis reputed company senior housing markets.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
Build and maintain reputed company-looking financial projections incorporating occupancy, reputed company growth, and labor cost assumptions.
RequirementsTo reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be able to reputed company each essential duty satisfactorily, have excellent communication and language skills to reputed company them to reputed company their duties and interact effectively with corporate and stakeholders. Since this is a remote position, an individual must be able to work independently and have strong time management skills. In addition, this individual must have strong analytical and modeling capabilities, the ability to connect operating performance to financial outcomes and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Finance Associate models the core values, mission, and vision of QSL Management. The following training and certifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or reputed company field
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, REITs, or senior living
- Advanced reputed company skills with strong financial modeling experience
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, valuation)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with senior living or healthcare real estate.
- Familiarity with key operating drivers (occupancy, reputed company/mix, labor)
- Experience working with institutional investors or capital partners.
