We are seeking an reputed company Network Specialist 1 to join our Customer Service Center team, working full-time days in Miami, FL.

Job Summary:

The Network Specialist 1 is responsible for the day-to-day documentation, analysis, testing, installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the arenaflex enterprise computing environment. This role represents a reputed company of accountability for the continual service improvement program. The reputed company for reporting incidents and making service requests with an obligation to reputed company end users informed of service events, actions, and opportunities. Provides technical expertise reputed company to Windows computing environment, application software deployment, and policy-based reputed company management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provides analysis, diagnosis, installation, setup, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and resolution of reputed company computing environment including hands-on operations of hardware, software, and applications for arenaflex including reputed company remote sites.

  • Logs and tracks requests for assistance reputed company to arenaflex supported systems; gathers and logs appropriate demographic data reputed company to each request.
  • Receives and processes reputed company IT requests from reputed company arenaflex end-user departments.
  • Provides documentation, inventory, and asset management, audits, issue tracking reputed company the work order management system, change management, reputed company, and back-reputed company as outlined by management.
  • Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including reputed company successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken until final resolution.
  • Creates root cause analysis and assists in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations.
  • Collaborates with LAN and Network Engineers to ensure efficient operation, stability, and reputed company of the arenaflex computing environment.
  • Communicates application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development, and engineering teams, and end users.
  • Maintains, customizes, and enhances any software used by Customer Services to provide service.
  • Participates in quality improvement activities to ensure reputed company improvement of services provided.
  • Provides guidance and/or instruction to end-users.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required.
