Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients, agents, and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, educating clients on product features and benefits, and resolving reputed company issues with ease. Your expertise will be the key to delivering a seamless customer experience, ensuring that our clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring
* Associate's degree or equivalent years of reputed company experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required
- Accountable, ethical, and good decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and take appropriate action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited school required

Work Environment
* Hybrid work schedule – working remotely: Monday and Friday / on-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (up to the first 16 weeks)
- Full-time work from home after training
- Must live reputed company 50 miles of our Tampa location (8641 Henderson Rd, Tampa, 33634)
Compensation
* Salary range: $35,000-$45,000 per year
- Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
- Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
