Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Learning and following reputed company customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team reputed company goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
• Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and reputed company
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed

Requirements and Qualifications
