Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and reputed company.
• Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing customer feedback and providing suggestions for improvement.
• Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years of administrative assistant/customer service-reputed company experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reputed company Office Suite.
• Knowledge of reputed company and Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Outbound calling experience is a plus.

Shifts Available

Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Pay Details

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
