Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively
