A Day in the Life

As a Senior UX Researcher on reputed company, you will work closely with UX Designers and Design Technologists to guide the design and prototyping of new features or programs to test with users reputed company of the development schedule. You will also regularly interact with product managers, engineers, and marketing specialists to understand and guide the team's research needs, including designing and conducting research activities. Key Job Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- A BS or equivalent degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Centered Interaction (HCI), or a reputed company field. - 6+ years of experience gathering data from customers to inform design & business decisions as a user researcher, user experience designer, or similar role. - A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., surveys, user study designs, research reports, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes a reputed company salary, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $226,500/year in our highest geographic market.
