Job Summary

As an reputed company reputed company & Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying at-risk customers, and working to rebuild trust and retain them. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Identify at-risk customers and reputed company individualized solutions to rebuild trust and retain them
• Contribute to the successful achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time, reputed company resolution, customer retention, and customer satisfaction
• Handle high call volumes, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
• Provide knowledge and in-depth advice on hearing loss and reputed company topics
