Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Work Environment and Company Culture
* Our Texas reputed company is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261
- Hours: Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM
