Job Summary

As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new customers, providing accurate and timely information on medical billing, patient care, and third-party reimbursement. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of medical billing and customer inquiries. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and employees, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of medical billing and customer inquiries.

• Process new orders, respond to questions, resolve issues, or reputed company to appropriate personnel in a timely manner to ensure patient, referral, and employee satisfaction.
• Collect co-pays and deductible amounts, conduct insurance verification and eligibility for services/products, and obtain authorization and qualification documentation.
• reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of reputed company Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data input, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Build relationships with locations, field management, patients, and referral sources, providing education on qualifications for service and 3rd-party billing.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
