- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must have open availability during operating hours.

Home Setup Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, we require the following home setup:
- Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet reputed company. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video reputed company will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
