Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Irving, TX team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
