Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing direct support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and offer sales and service support. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, with access to reputed company the tools and resources you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct support to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer issues, providing product information, sales and service support, and troubleshooting assistance
• Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive reputed company-focused solutions for customer issues

Requirements

* One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment

• Must be a take-charge person, a self-starter, with in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures
